GROOM'S CAKES

Happy's Signature Cake

You will see that we refer to Happy's Signature Cake in several of the picture descriptions.  What that means is that this is the cake that is requested of her the most.  It is her own special blend of Devil's Food Cake with Chocolate Fudge Icing.  It is trimmed in cut strawberries dipped in chocolate.  Happy also adds ground pecans, chocolate shavings and drizzled chocolate.  Yes it is a beautiful and delicious cake.  This cake can be used for any number of occasions.
